Chulbul Pandey 's, a young boy, lives with his half-brother, Makhanchan "makkhi" Pandey's 's stepfather Prajapati Pandey's (Vinod Khanna) younger and her mother, Naina Devi (Dimple Kapadia) at Laalgunj, Uttar Pradesh. Her stepfather is partial in the sense of Makkhi that constant believed irritates Chulbul.
21 years later, a gang of thieves stealing money from a Bank and is counting the loot when Chulbul (Salman Khan), now a police officer, apparently attempts to recover the money by beating the thieves, but becomes clear later that it keeps the money for himself.
